Auto PDF Sender is a virtual printer installed on your computer like the normal printer that you have used ever. It has the ability to convert the printable documents to PDF file and then email the generated PDF to others online. If you want to fulfill these functions, please do as follows:
1. Print the document to Auto PDF Sender. You can open the document you want to print such as the PowerPoint document. Then please click File—Print to open Print dialog box in which you need to choose PDFcamp Printer as current printer in Printer dropdown list and then click Printer Properties button to set the printer parameter.
2. In the popup window, please click Email tab to add some necessary information in this tab. Please see it in Figure 1. Please check the option Sent mail directly through SMTP server to activate all the options below. In From, To, Cc, Bcc, Subject and Content edit boxes you need to input the mail addresses of recipients, mail subject and content, information. Then please input the SMTP server address in Outgoing SMTP Server edit box such as smtp.mail.yahoo.com. By clicking Setting button, you can input your authentication account name and password in the popup window. Please see it in Figure 2. |
