There is a video file list locates in the middle, which is used to list the video files needed to be converted. Please see the buttons on the left. "Add Image File(S)" is used to add video files to the list from the computer. "Remove" is for removing some video file in the table list. The next step is to set the parameters for output image files in "Option" dialog box showed in Figure2 by clicking on "Options" button. In "Start (Sec)" and "End (Sec)" spin boxes, you can set the start and end time in the conversion of MP4 to TGA. In other word, you can convert a part of the video which you need to image files. You can also set the image size and quality in "Size (1 to 6000)" and "Quality: (0.01 to 255)" spin boxes. In "File Format" combo box, please choose the output file format as "Targa Bitmap (*.tga)". To control the number of output image files, you can set the capture interval in "Interval (Sec)" spin box. The application will capture one image per "X" second. Then click "Convert" button in Figure1 to open "Browse for Folder" dialog in which you can specify the directory for all the output image files. After clicking on "OK" button, the conversion will run itself and you just need to wait until the green progress bar at the bottom of Figure1 empty again.
