The main interface in Figure1 can give you the acquaintance to the application. The clear interface is simply easy to understand. In "Language" combo box, you should choose the related language about the text on the desktop you want to capture. You can click "more" in the combo box to download other language packages online yourself. Then please click "Capture" button and you will be reminded to capture the desktop according to the prompt in the left top corner of the desktop. After that, please click "OCR" button below the captured area and you will see the window of Desktop Capture OCR, please see Figure2.

You can see the captured image of the desktop in the image preview area on the left. You can also see different image effects by zooming in, out, rotating, reversing, etc. with the buttons above the preview area. On the right, you can see the recognized characters in captured desktop and you can edit them according to your needs.

At last, just use the "Save" button or "Save as" button to save the characters as Text document in default directory or a new specified directory.
