Use the hot key "Windows"+ "R" on the keyboard to open "Run" dialog box and input "cmd" in the dialog box.

In the popup cmd dialog box, you can input the command line to convert GIF to Text document. There is a command line template for your reference as follows:
pdf2txtocr.exe -ocr -lang eng C:\in.gif C:\out.txt

The commands in cmd dialog box are
"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\My Documents\Downloads\pdf2txtocrcmd\pdf2txtocr.exe" -ocr -lang eng "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\demo\ocr\ex-gif0001.gif" 02.text

Where

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\My Documents\Downloads\pdf2txtocrcmd\pdf2txtocr.exe" indicates the directory of the executable file in the application.
"–ocr" stands for the OCR technology to be taken in the application.
"-lang eng" is the language to be recognized by the application. Eng stands for English.
"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\demo\ocr\ex-gif0001.gif" is the path of GIF image file. If you don't want to input a so long directory, please drag the file you need into cmd dialog box directly.
"02.text" is the name of output Text document. You can specify the path for the document in the command line, or the file will be saved in current directory by default.

GIF to Text OCR Converter can natively been called by a batch script for batch process. If you need the application on a server, please buy a server license. You can also redistribute the application in a third-party software package with a developer license.
