PCX, Personal Computer eXchange, an image format designed before the current commonly used image formats is still widely used on the digital devices presently. Shockwave Flash (SWF), a file format owned by Adobe is broadly used for video playing and transmitting. The SWF files waiting for being converted are listed in the table of file list in the upper right corner of the main form as presented in the following screen snapshot. Clicking on one item of the list, the corresponding SWF video will be previewed on the left side of the table. The buttons [Add SWF File(s)], [Remove] and [Remove All] are for manipulating the items in the table. |

Before converting those frames of SWF videos in the table to PCX images, you may have to set the parameters for the conversion. Press [Options] in the main interface form of Flash to PCX Converter to activate the "Options" dialog as presented in the next screen snapshot. |

In group box "Basic Setting", select "pcx" in the dropdown list "Convert Format" for conversion from SWF to PCX. You can set the size and orientation using the options in group box "Size and Orientation". Checking the box of "Flip Image" will reverse the converted PCX images in the vertical direction, which means to change the images to their mirror images. After setting your required options, press [OK] to save the setting and exit to the main interface form. Press [Convert] button in the bottom of the main form and your SWF videos in the file list will be converted to PCX images. Every frame of the video is converted to one separate PCX image. The last screen snapshot presents the effect of a converted PCX image by Flash to PCX Converter. You see that the image is reversed in the vertical direction. |
