VeryDOC Tiff to XPS Converter can be used to convert single page tiff file to single page XPS file and convert multipage tiff file to multipage XPS file. During the conversion, this software allows you to specify page width and height, add watermark to output XPS file and so on. Step 1. Download Tiff to XPS Converter
This software is command line version, so once downloading finishes, there will be an zip file in the downloading folder. Please extract it to some folder then you can check the elements in it and find executable file.
- Note this software is Windows application which can work in all the Windows system both of 32-bit and 64-bit. But if you need to use this software under Mac and Linux, we can customize one for you.
Step 2. Convert Tiff to XPS

- When you need to convert tiff file to XPS and add watermark, please refer to the following command line templates.
img2xps.exe C:\input.tif \out.xps
img2xps.exe C:\*.tif C:\out.xps
img2xps.exe C:\test*.tif C:\*.xps
By the above command line you can convert single tiff to xps file, or do the batch conversion by wild character. Meanwhile if you just need to convert a few tif files to XPS in some folder, you can try to add some suffix to those tiff file then add use wild character to do the small batch conversion. Say in C disk, you just need to convert tiff file with text title, like text001.tif, text.002.tif, then you can use wild character text*.tif to do the small batch conversion.
