The lines will be shown only after MS Word window is appear, if MS Word window is hidden, the lines are not shown in saved PDF file.

This is caused by design of MS Word application, we had encounter some similar problems in the past, if we print MS Word at background, some lines and contents are not shown, if we show the MS Word window before printing, all elements can be printed without any problem. I guess Microsoft does hide some elements in "background" mode in order to improve the performance.

In this cause, we have to show the MS Word window before printing (just a few seconds is enough), MS Word will show all elements in the page, the all elements will be printed or converted into PDF file properly.
