This can be done easily, just download PDF to Vector software from our website, and run it in CMD window by manual,

for example,

 

pdf2vec.exe C:\test.pdf C:\out.emf

 

OK, you will get a vector EMF file properly.

good question, our engineer will prepare a detailed document with screenshots within a few days, you can search that document in this forum after a few days, that help document will show to you how to run pdf2vec.exe from cmd window step by step.
