Hi after trying your demo it does not give exact results

Check the file attached

Can you convert the pdf in html with your software by recognising editable fields formatted same in html
And also the filled data in the pdf should be reported in the html page

Can you send a copy of the html page created by your full software?

you can run following command line to convert your PDF file to HTML file,

Yes, the HTML file is not contain editable fields, but you an edit the text contents in notepad or other editing application easily.
