Do PDF to Vector require Acrobat or GhostScript to run?

We may know we need Adobe Acrobat to edit and view  PDF files. We also know GhostScript is a interpreter of PostScript, and by which we can also edit and view .ps files.

On the other hand,it has nothing to do with PDF to Vector.PDF to Vector is a separate software.Through the conversion the software completes the conversion on its own.We just offer a source file,it will produce a target file. The whole procedure don’t need Acrobat or GhostScript to run.

But if we want view the result of the PDF to Vector,we must have relevant software just as Acrobat to help us to view them.

So the answer is clear,it’s no.
