Set page range when convert PDF to XPS. It can convert the pages ranging from 2 to 10 into a XPS file.

Set page range, too. The option –pagerange can be used to instead of the two options: -firstpage and -lastpage
C:\pdf2vec_cmd\pdf2vec.exe D:\in.pdf -pv2rnolinks D:\out.xps
Delete the original links. -pv2rnolinks is the option which can help you convert PDF to XPS with no hyperlinks.
C:\pdf2vec_cmd\pdf2vec.exe E:\*.pdf D:\*.xps
This is an example for batch conversion. You can convert multiple PDF to multiple XPS in a batch.
The following are some other options:
- -xres <int> : set Y resolution to output format
- -yres <int> : set Y resolution to output format
- -mapfont : map fonts by mapfont.ini file
- -noextname : don't append suffix to filename of first page
- -winfont : use Windows fonts to instead of embedded fonts
- -winfont2 : force to use Windows fonts to instead of all embedd
