Firstly, please open MS-DOS interface. There are two ways for your reference. The first way is to use the hot key “Window”+ “R” on the keyboard to open “Run” dialog box in which you need to input “cmd” in “Open” combo box and click “OK” button. The second way is to click “Start” to open “Start” menu and click “Run” in the menu.
Secondly, you need to input the command line in MS-DOS interface. The command line is a combination of called program, parameter for setting PDF keywords, source file and target file. If you cannot understand, please see the following command line template:
pdf2pdfa.exe –keyword VeryDOC C:\File-in.pdf D:\File-out.pdf
The command line means that the called program pdf2pdfa.exe will convert the source file C:\File-in.pdf to the target file D:\File-out.pdf and use the parameter –keyword to set PDF keywords as VeryDOC.
Please don’t forget to use the paths of file that you use in the command line for accurately calling them. Then please click “Enter” button on the keyboard to run the conversion from PDF to PDF/A.
